After 8 years across R&D, cloud architecture and dozens of data projects (some successful, others rescued just in time), I turned that field experience into my offering: an architect who knows the wrong turns before you take them.
I work directly with enterprise customers: from discovering the need and designing the solution through to deployment, support and iteration in production.

AWS, Azure, GCP: around 200 services to choose between on each cloud. I don't know them all, but I master the most common ones on each and have dug deep into a few, to build secure, scalable infrastructure aligned with Well-Architected best practices. Migration, cost optimisation (FinOps) and Build & Run ownership.
Data pipelines that are reliable, stable and hold up under load. Command of dbt, Snowflake, Spark and Airflow, with battle-tested modelling: medallion architecture (bronze / silver / gold) and Data Vault 2.0 for auditable data warehouses. Beyond the classic pipeline, I work on event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS / SNS), Data Mesh approaches with domain ownership, and read / write warehouse optimisation.
From generative AI (LLMs) to classic machine learning, I ship concrete use cases with measurable ROI: RAG conversational agents over internal document bases, business workflow automation through multi-agent orchestration. All on architectures designed for auditability, traceability and observability (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, LiteLLM, MLflow, SageMaker).
Roadmap framing, technical leadership of data teams and agile management (sprints, backlog, CapEx / OpEx trade-offs). I guide decision-makers and teams towards best practices, and make them autonomous.
Experience
Training and upskilling data teams on AI, Snowflake, dbt and the cloud.
Supporting a large group on a data platform modernisation challenge: evaluating and selecting more modern, lower-cost tooling (Talend to dbt, dbt Cloud to Airflow migrations) and making strategic technical trade-offs.
End-to-end technical leadership and data architecture: design, modelling and production rollout of data and generative AI solutions on AWS and Snowflake.
Design and industrialisation of a data migration engine to Snowflake via AWS.
Stabilisation and optimisation of the AWS data platform, and ownership of the cloud migration roadmap.
Data & AI R&D: design and deployment of scalable cloud architectures on GCP and AWS, real-time microservices, and machine learning models taken to production.
